The 2025 Part I budget of €235 million is split partly equally among members and partly in proportion to the size of their economies; the largest shares are the United States at 18.3 per cent, Japan 7.9, Germany 7.6, the United Kingdom 5.5 and France 5.1. Part II programmes add €126.1 million, for combined 2025 budgets of €361.1 million.

Works built on the Data must pass the same acknowledgment requirement to their own sub-licensees. Each snapshotted dataflow was screened for third-party ownership flags; none carries any.
